The art of Kalaripattu is a form of martial arts that originated in Kerala state in South India. This form of martial arts has lots of emphasis on flexibility and there is a lot of hand to hand and weapon combats taught in this martial arts. The video is great intro to Kalaripattu though it is grainy at some places.
